Merging design with business to build more meaningful experiences.

I'm currently building Design, Marketing and PR strategies, and introducing Human-Centered Design processes at an AI firm in Tokyo while completing the Design Leadership for Business program at Parsons School of Design

Prior to moving to Tokyo in the summer of 2019, I worked for myself, partnering with clients over the long-term to build their brands. From branding the world’s first global early-stage VC fund in San Francisco, to branding an award-winning Canadian outerwear manufacturer expanding globally, my intention is to ensure design aligns with long-term business strategy.

Since winning a Children's Art Scholarship at the Queensland Art Gallery in the 3rd grade, I knew I would create for a living, it was just a matter of what. After attending Design school and working for a few years, I went to Business school with the goal of better understanding the larger context in which design exists. I graduated with honors from Swinburne University, Melbourne, with a degree in Business and a double major in Marketing and Economics. I recently put together a brief presentation (PDF 167k) about my journey and how it has shaped my thinking around design. 

I previously worked for Advertising Agencies and Design Studios in Canada, the UK and Australia with global corporations such as Nintendo of Canada, McDonalds, and British Airways.
